Our customer had a notes application used by physicians, specialists and other providers towards recording and
tracking patient information. The information included patient condition, treatment offered, medication prescribed, progress, discharge summary, and more. with physician sign-off. The signed document becomes a legal medical record. This legal medical record gets communicated to various persons that include regular care physicians, primary care physicians, patients, labs and outside doctors.
