Our client in Massachusetts is looking for a User Interface Architect for a direct hire opportunity

Lead and mentor a UI team of user experience designers, graphic designers and UI software engineers

BA/BS in computer science or related field
3+ years experience technically managing a team of engineers in cross-functional environments
7+ years experience with front-end development using JavaScript and a JavaScript framework (JQuery, ExtJS, YUI, etc.) as well as familiarity with AJAX and JSON
7+ years experience with back-end/middleware coding experience using a memory-managed object-oriented language (C#, Java, etc.)
Comfort and proficiency with implementing UI-related CS concepts including multithreading, data validation, authentication and authorization, cryptography, relational database design, and API design
Portfolio of past UI work
Superior written and verbal communication skills
