Engineer responsibilities for software development.
Manager Software Quality Plan and customer expectations to assure customer satisfaction. Develop plan, measures and tracking of software quality. Evaluate Software Development projects to CMMI using PMAP and Q-Metric tools. Validate Software releases

Skills Required:
10 + years of automotive software quality experience
5+ automotive plant experience
Technical undergraduate 4 year degree. Masters Preferred

Proactively identify and elevate quality risks for assigned project.
Perform requirement and design quality reviews
Attend and support project meetings and open issue resolution.
Identify, Elevate and perform all duties required to assure defect free launch
