Ivesia Solutions currently has an opening for a Software Test Engineer. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a client of ours in Michigan.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow is a Must
CAN serial communication
Experience using lab equipment (scopes, DMM, power supplies, etc)
Experience writing and performing unit and integration level test plans desirable
Some hardware design experience desirable
Experience with C++ desirable
HiL Experience is a Must
Proficient in MS Office software

Test application software that meet system requirements
Work with Algorithm and Systems Engineer to test application software and software requirements
Generate the necessary technical and functional documentation defining the controller software
Document, investigate and resolve controller issues
Develop and perform unit, system and integration test plans
Develop software tools for test as needed
Ad hoc projects as assigned
