preferred Experience and Education:
10 years of professional experience in engineering
Strong knowledge in systems modeling in Matlab/Simulink
Strong knowledge in systems thinking processes
Candidate should have a strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
Candidate should have a strong knowledge of vehicle communication networks including CAN, LIN Flexray, etc.
BS in electrical engineering or Software Development
Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership aptitude
Experience with product launches is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
System Integration of xEV Battery packs into passenger-car, medium duty and heavy duty applications.
Working with a cross-functional engineering team to develop a full system solution
Interface with customers
Lead teams and workgroups
Test and trouble shoot battery systems on site and at customers sites
Develop system-level schematics, interfaces and wiring of multi pack systems
Develop and oversee test verification and design validation procedures
Ad hoc projects as assigned.
