Experience:

Strong PC Board design, development, etc.

Experience with multiple electronic systems in power, energy, industrial, medical, vehicular and consumer markets is critical
Specific experience in the architecture and creation of Power, Energy and Battery systems is required
Hands-on experience with developing system simulation models using Spreadsheets, or other math-based tools is important

Qualifications:

BS (MS preferred) in EE, ME, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or other related technical field
10 – 15 years of experience in related technical fields

Excellent communication skills to gather and present ideas to and from a wide-ranging audience and customers

Interface with the sales team and/or customers to define system requirements.
Interface with the Cell Products Group (CPG) to develop better understanding of the batteries as they relate to the sales team systems needs.
Develop and maintain models of battery behavior and performance during initial operation and over their service life.
Formulate battery test plans in coordination with CPG to verify model performance.
Create technical presentations about battery performance to development engineers
