Ivesia Solutions, Inc is looking for a Sr. CAD Designer for our client in Orange County, CA

 Work with design Engineers to develop detailed designs to meet customer expectations.
Create drawing according to ASME standards.
Generate and maintain engineering Bill of Materials for development projects.
Perform ECA changes to existing drawings

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
The UG CAD designer MUST have the following:
Highly proficient in UG NX 7.5 and Teamcenter must be quick and efficient on the CAD tube
Proficient in managing bills of design
Proficient in mechanical design of large assemblies and components, tooling, sheet metal, machine parts, tubing
and wire harness routing
Prefer hands-on experience working with engineers and shop guys actually building mockups
Automotive experience is highly desired different mindset and requirements than aerospace

Engineering Design and Drafting Certificate or a minimum of 5 years experience in Design drafting
Unigraphics drafting and modeling courses (CAD)
Knowledge of ASME Y14.5M-1994

Preferred:
A minimum of 5 years in automotive product design.
Knowledge of change processor ECAs, ECNs
