Ivesia is looking for a highly skilled QA Analysts that will be working within a team driven Agile/flow based development project which has a TDD/BDD focused framework of migrating and enhancing an existing commercial software product to an n-tier Java architecture. This role will bring needed technical QA experience to a team driving to deliver a large project on an aggressive timeline. This role will focus on automated and manual testing of new code, but also need to be ready to jump in where a need arises- be it in helping to fill the hopper by creating new behavior driven user stories. Flexibility and a willingness to do what needs to be done are a must.

REQUIRED SKILLS
White and black box testing experience in Java
Capability and significant experience testing in Agile environments, from behavior driven user stories.
Lots of experience logging test issues, change requests and user stories in a tool like Jira
Familiarity with multiple database environments, particularly using SQL in MS SQL Server
Familiarity with Selenium and Fitnesse test automation of existing manual test cases
Capability to communicate quickly and clearly- visually, verbally and in writing
To be the kind of person who brings energy to a team, not the kind that takes it

REALLY NICE TO HAVE
Experience in testing code developed in TDD / BDD environments
Detailed knowledge and capabilities in scripting automated tests in Selenium and Fitnesse
Experience using FitNesse in agile environments (ideally in Java)
Experience and wisdom from different development environments (Agile, Kanban, Scrums, others)
Capability to write and review user stories
High level expert on quality assurance in agile environments, with experience in increasing project velocity
Experienced in migrating legacy products to new frameworks
Always looking for an open white board to talk out ideas with the team
The desire to share your knowledge and learn from the knowledge of others- in equal parts
Have your own website actively writing on / discussing agile testing practices
Knowledge or experience with web development / scripting and html understanding

You can be located in either Colorado or Massachusetts and work on this project.
