Descriptions of Duties:
Industrial Engineer ensures that the C.B.A. is not violated in terms of payments and methods application. Industrial Engineer will provide services to the production divisions, including but not limited to determination of best method, optimizing equipment layouts and procedures. Assists production and others in project justification. Determines proper manning requirements based upon production volume and equipment operating data. They will also assist in the preparation and analysis of long range operating plans/strategies and also in the development of training programs for methods of operation (including working standards).

4 year Industrial Engineering degree or other Engineering Degree and 2-5 years experience
