Peoplesoft Functional Business Analyst

Our client seeks a seasoned Peoplesoft functional analyst with strong Benefits Administration, absence management, and payroll with Kronos configuration and workflow experience. The analyst should be a strong communicator, both oral and written. The analyst must be adept at translating user requirements into specifications for the technical team. The Peoplesoft Analyst should have at least 4+years experience with the Capital Management application.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify system issues and process
Gather and document requirements and define scope and process flow
Determine and document test plan and test scripts
Conduct meetings with all resources
Train users in process and procedures and system capabilities
