We use an iterative development process, following
customized Rational® Unified Process (RUP). In this process,
we start with the Inception Phase where our focus is in collecting
requirements and detecting risks. Then comes the Elaboration
Phase where we direct our efforts on designing a component-based
architecture and implementing high-risk items. The Construction
and Deployment phases occur next where we work on implementing
and deploying the product. Based on factors such as the project
size, there could be multiple iterations in each phase. Iteration
usually involves integration of modules and building
executables. Every activity involved in our process such
as requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, etc has
well
defined procedures and documentation.

To manage the projects in a distributed team
environment we use our own web-based system "Work Allocation
& Tracking System" (WATS). Internal best practices increase
our productivity in our distributed environment and help us
deliver solutions on time and on budget.
