Job Summary: HRIS
Reporting to the Manager of Business Information Systems, this position provides support for customers (users), applications and/or information systems for Hospitals Educational Corporation. The Specialist will perform a wide variety of duties focused on supporting the current and future suite of Human Resources applications including, but not limited to; programming, system building, file maintenance, problem resolution and report/query writing. Key responsibilities include all levels of application analysis, support, system maintenance, documentation, testing training and project leadership along with HR statistical reporting throughout the hospital.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Meditech Payroll/Personnel, Meditech NPR, a variety of HR systems and the ability to deliver innovative and contemporary ways to enhance operations and reporting for Human Resources. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Management or Healthcare related field preferred. At least four (4) years of experience in installation and support of healthcare systems preferred. Experience with HR software systems an strong working knowledge of HR business operations. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
