Developers: We require developers with at least 2 years experience in one or more of the following technologies. Candidates must have worked in a software development environment. Good communication and inter-personal skills are a must. Candidates must be able to prepare and understand high-level analysis and design documents.

Windows Programming: C++, Visual C++, VB, ASP, .Net, Delphi and C#. Knowledge of COM and DCOM is essential. Knowledge of interaction with BizTalk Server will be a plus.
Web Programming: Java, ASP, Perl, XML/XSLT, DHTML, JavaScript, WML. Candidate is expected to know n-tier, JSP Model 1 and Model 2 architectures. Knowledge of CSS and XSL is required. Candidate must be conversant in different Java technologies such as JavaBeans, JSP, EJB and JDBC. Familiarity with visual tools and IDEs is a plus.
Handheld Programming: Candidate is expected to program in Palm and Windows CE. Candidate must be conversant in one of J2ME, AppForge, CodeWarrior and embedded Visual Basic.
Database Programming: Candidate must be a front-end developer in either Windows or Web programming and have additional knowledge of at least one of the following databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MUMPS, Caché.
Servers: Candidate must have programming knowledge of at least one of the following: IIS, Apache, Weblogic, WebSphere, iPlanet, JBoss and MS-Exchange.
Packaged Software: Candidate must have programming knowledge of at least one of the following: Oracle apps, SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel.
Legacy Systems: AS/400, RPG and DB/400.


Project Leaders & Project Managers: We require team leaders and project managers with 2+ years experience in managing software development projects. Earlier development experience is a must. Candidates are expected to have very good communication, inter-personal and management skills.
