Senraj is the visionary behind the technology
and methodology at Ivesia, overseeing the operations of the
core local and offshore technical teams. An industry veteran,
Senraj has held the titles of database engineer, systems architect,
project manager, CTO and President throughout his 14-year
IT-focused career. He formed Ivesia with the purpose of providing
the best mix of local and offshore software development services
backed by a methodology that meets today's business challenges.

Senraj has a Bachelor of Engineering degree
in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, the most renowned
technology university in Southern India. He also has a Master
of Science degree in Computer Science from the University
of Massachusetts, having graduated with a 4.0 grade point
average. In 1992, Senraj received the prestigious "National
Technology Award" from the President of India for best invention
in the country.

Sherrin Bull, Marketing Services Manager

Sherrin has over 10 years of experience in
selling and marketing CAD training, design software, and technical
services to the mechanical, architectural, engineering, and
construction industries. She also has prior experience implementing
and promoting project management, document management and
database driven software solutions. As Marketing Services
Manager, Sherrin is involved with managing national marketing
activities for Ivesia.

Lenny Borchers, Director of Inside Sales

With over 20 years of executive level business to business sales experience, Lenny is responsible for building an inside sales team to drive lead and pipeline generation for the sales team through outbound calling, emails and Web demonstrations. With previous experience representing technology companies such as CA, Intel, Sun, Novell, and many more, he has leveraged his deep sales and marketing expertise to define the company's vision, messaging and marketing plan to create sales opportunities resulting in reduced sales cycles and exponential growth. Lenny has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Southern New Hampshire University.

Krishna Kumar, Director of Software Development

Krishna Kumar has several years of experience managing a wide variety of development projects in different business domains and technologies. He is responsible for the continuous improvement of Ivesia's software methodologies and practices within the organization to meet the business needs of our customers. He works with customers to formulate the best fit outsourcing strategies and ensure ongoing success of development projects. Krishna has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from a renowned University in Southern India.

Selva Raj, Technical Operations Manager

With over 10 years of experience in numerous
sectors in the technology industry, Selva is responsible for
managing Ivesia's technical operations both in India and USA.
He has extensive experience in the areas of Systems Administration,
Performance Management and setting up IT infrastructure. He
is also responsible for new technology assimilation and adoption
throughout the company. Selva has been associated with the
growth of Ivesia from its inception. Selva holds a BS degree
in Computer Science & Engineering from one of the top Universities
in Southern India.

Guru Subburam, Director of India Operations

Guru has been managing Ivesia's offshore operation
for the past seven years. With broad management and IT experience,
Guru has played a crucial role in the extensive growth of
