Ivesia proposed to build a web-based online schedule tracking accounting & reporting system, which would have logins that authenticate against customer’s network active directory.

Modules were built with the following features:

• Monthly, Weekly, Daily, Yearly Calendars for scheduling, collaboration and visibility.
• Leave requests, approvals, and rejection performed online.
• Document storage inside the Database and search inside a document using powerful Full Text Search.
• Drag & Drop based scheduling tool for easy scheduling.
• Managing skill certifications (with automatic certificate expiry notifications) to manage the credentials and eligibility of a technician.
• Documents & document templates stored and custom document approval workflow that extends to external customers.
• Powerful reports with drill down, link back to, saved search options and output formats in PDF, Excel, Html, Printer, CSV formats.
• User, User group Role based security with option to change access on the fly by logging into the application.
• Extensive on-line help with index and search capability.
