Senraj Soundar, President & Chief Systems Architect

Senraj is the visionary behind Ivesia’s success, overseeing the overall direction of Ivesia. Before founding Ivesia, Senraj held the positions of database engineer, systems architect, project manager, CTO and President during his 15-year IT-focused career. He founded Ivesia with the purpose of providing the best value IT services using a global delivery model that focuses on a strong onsite presence and involves offshore resources only on a need basis.

Ivesia is committed to green energy and offers solutions through continuous innovation, research and development that allow the industry to function efficiently.

Paul E. Duffy, Director of Business Development (North America)

Paul has spent the last ten years helping technology companies grow revenue, reduce backlog and improve customer satisfaction. A majority of his experience was been working with healthcare technology companies to structure programs that allow their professional & field service teams become more profitable, flexible and respond to customer requests. He has worked with some of the largest healthcare vendors in the industry. Paul’s mission at Ivesia is to continue to work with providers and vendors in the healthcare market to ensure that they are moving in the right direction to meet “Meaningful Use” and take advantage of the government Stimulus program. Paul graduated from the University of Massachusetts with Honors in a degree in Finance.

Jaime Biggs, Director of Recruitment

With over 10 years experience in IT Staffing, Jaime is responsible for the management and ongoing training of both onsite and offshore recruitment teams. He joined Ivesia to develop and manage the recruitment side of the company. Prior to joining Ivesia, Jaime worked for TRS Staffing and National Technical Systems. He holds a Bachelors degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Montana, Missoula, MT.

Murugan Namasivayam, Business Development Manager

Murugan has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. He focuses on acquiring customers for outsourcing services and is responsible for driving close alliances with partners. Previously, Murugan was associated with one of the top 5 Indian outsourcing providers and started his career in sales with a custom software development firm, which was part of one of the largest media groups in India. Murugan earned an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and an Engineering Degree from a renowned University in Southern India.

Krishna Kumar, Director of Software Development

Krishna Kumar has several years of experience managing a wide variety of development projects in different business domains and technologies. He is responsible for the continuous improvement of Ivesia's software methodologies and practices within the organization to meet the business needs of our customers. He works with customers to formulate the best fit outsourcing strategies and ensure ongoing success of development projects. Krishna has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University in Southern India.

Selva Raj, Technical Operations Manager

With over 10 years of experience in numerous sectors in the technology industry, Selva is responsible for managing Ivesia's technical operations both in India and USA. He has extensive experience in the areas of Systems Administration, Performance Management and setting up IT infrastructure. He is also responsible for new technology assimilation and adoption throughout the company. Selva has been associated with the growth of Ivesia from its inception. Selva holds a BS degree in Computer Science & Engineering from one of the top Universities in Southern India.

Guru Subburam, Director of India Operations

Guru has been managing Ivesia's offshore operation for the past nine years. With broad management and IT experience, Guru has played a crucial role in the extensive growth of our India operations. Guru has a degree in Electrical Engineering from one of India's top technology institutes.
